Find yourself a pleasent spot, sit down or lay down and try to be aware of your body and your breathing.
Calm down your mind, don’t pay attention to people around you.
With your eyes closed, start to repeat “I am calm” in your mind.
Slowly breathe in and out.
Listen to the sounds, and the frequency of noises calms you down. Recognize the simple instructions. You are a psychosomatic unit.
Make sure you feel pleasant and comfortable.
