The Grey Zone + Q&A with the director

entry: presale 5 € / 4 € discounted // door price 6 €

Due to technical reasons, this event will take place on the 7th of November. This screening is in Slovak language only.

Directed by Daniela Meressa Rusnoková (SK), 2024, 75 min., Language: Slovak

The documentary film by Daniela Meressa Rusnoková brings a sensitive look at the little-discussed topics of premature births and the rescue of highly immature newborns, born in the so-called “grey zone”.

Through the testimony of a mother who represents the voice of many others, it raises fundamental questions of neonatology and depicts the journey of maternal care for children with special needs. What are the dilemmas and ethical issues facing both doctors and parents? Where do we stand and where might we move in supporting children with disabilities and their families?
