directed by Mohamed Siam, EG, 83 min., Arabic language with English subtitles
When she was 14 years old Amal was standing at the square Tahir and requesting change for her country. A time lapse documentary film by Mohamed Siam follows Amal for six years on her journey to adulthood through changing dictatorships. Amal becomes a determined fighter in street protests and searches for her own identity – the same way the after-revolution Egypt does.
