International Short Film Festival Oberhausen is one of the oldest and the most important of its kind. More than 60 years it has been giving space to young creators, who are trying to discover new cinematic practices.The Saving Pop Culture program offers 18 video clips from the years 2007-2015, which are against the conformity of current music videos.
