In 1974 the employees of Scottish factory stood up against one of the most repressive dictatorships of the 20th century – they refused to do the maintenance of the jet engine that the Chilean air force ordered. Only after 40 years the Scottish retired workers discovered the dramatic consequences of their solidarity. After the film screening the solidarity and the idea of solidarity strikes, relationships of the “economic” and “political” and the possibilities to resist war, militarism and repressions (not only at the workplace) will be discussed by Adam Šumichrast and Juraj (Karmína).

Organized in collaboration with Príbeh nula.
