The film Lost Home follows the story of three Slovak rescue workers who had decided to take part in the largest war operation nowadays – the big fight for Mosul, capital of the self-proclaimed caliphate. Other heroes of the film are two Yazidis from the Iraq-Syrian borders at Sinjar where the ISIS committed genocide. While they try desperately to bring their families anywhere safe, Oliver and Matej leave their families voluntarily to risk their lives while doing their job.
