The lecture of Katalin Erdődi focuses on the recent development of performance art examining the
connections between everyday lfe and theory of performativity. In her theory, Erdődi deals with
experimental performative practices, locally and contextually specific approaches, primarly
interested in the works that take place outside of the art institution and overlap with the frameworks
outside the art context. In her lecture we will also not skip “performative democracy”.
