In the summer of 1982, the Israeli army invaded Beirut, leaving three thousand dead, raided the Palestinian Research Center and looted its entire archive. The archive contained historical documents of Palestine, including a collection of still and moving images. A Fidai Film aims to create a counterpoint to this loss, presenting a form of cinematic sabotage that seeks to reclaim and restore looted memories of Palestinian history. It is a moving exploration of identity, memory and resistance, told through a unique blend of documentary and experimental filmmaking techniques.

Admission fee is voluntary, the recommended admission fee is €5. You will be able to pay it in cash or via a QR code via the Darujme.sk portal. Proceeds will go to Medical Aid for Palestinians.
