Michela Pelusio v prezentácii Beyond SpaceTime Helix predstavila pozadie jedného z tohtoročných highlightov festivalu.
Ako to vyzerá a znie, keď sa stretne Pytagorova hudba sfér, kvantová fyzika a teória strún s audiovizuálnym experimentovaním Michely Pelusio? SpaceTime Helix stojí, podobne ako jej ostatné diela, niekde na pomedzí kinetickej inštalácie, performance a demonštrácie rôznych fyzikálnych fenoménov. Svetelné impulzy, frekvencia, rotácia, rýchlosť a elektromagnetizmus špirály sú zosilnené a sonifikované, tak aby vytvorili silný synestetický zážitok. Každé nové uvedenie je prispôsobené konkrétnemu priestoru. Pelusio svoju prácu popisuje ako metaforický návrat ku koreňu vecí, k jednoduchosti a zložitosti makro a mikrokozmu, vnútorného a vonkajšieho priestoru, architektúry mysle a architektúry prírody.
V rámci projektu medzinárodnej spolupráce Re-Imagine Europe, spolufinancovaného EU programom Kreatívna Európa, Fondom na podporu umenia a Bratislavským samosprávnym krajom.

Michela Pelusio introduced her groundbreaking work in the talk titled Beyond SpaceTime Helix which looke into the backstage of the performance she presented on Saturday 30th 2019 at A4 as part of NEXT Festival 2019.
SpaceTime Helix is an audiovisual performance with a giant spinning standing wave in a white string, forming a large helicoid. The helix surface is bright and transparent, with waves running over it, disappearing into the future, more and more distant in space-time.�� This work explores helical symmetries and infinity, frequencies and geometry, elementary particles and quantum physics, sonic visions and perceptions. This work is a metaphor for the return to the root of things, and to the simplicity and the complexity of the macro and microcosmos, the internal and external space, the architecture of the mind and the architecture of nature.
Produced by A4 as a part of a project of international cooperation Re-Imagine Europe, co-financed
by the program of EU Creative Europe and supported using public funding by Slovak Arts Council and Bratislava Autonomous Region.
The video was created also by volunteers, as part of a project supported by the European Solidarity Corps program.
